Dear Delegates and Guests:

The General Apprenticeship Advisory Committee of Broward County Florida, along with the United Joint Apprenticeship Committee of Miami, welcomes you to the 53rd Annual Florida Apprenticeship Conference. The Host Committee has put together an agenda that we feel is pertinent to today’s issues we all encounter as committees.  We encourage your active participation in the discussions that will take place during the conference.  We all share the common goal of training our apprentices to be the best craftsmen in the industry.

The two committees have been training skilled craftsmen for the Union Construction Industry for many decades.  Through the years we have strived to be the motivating factor in promoting the most effective apprenticeship program in our area.  We know apprenticeship is the cornerstone that builds skilled craftsmen-leading to a lifelong career.
